Orders can be placed in person or by post, or online using your credit card or PayPal.

Full payment is required when placing an order.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 28 days of payment.
During busy times, this may take a bit longer. You will be advised should this be the case.

For bespoke items, you will receive notification of the delivery times when placing the order

U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event that your order should reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must
contact us within 2 days and return it within 7 days, and in the original packaging.

We offer 100% refund or replacement, providing you contact us immediately either

by email (mcqueenvicky@yahoo.co.uk).

Please note, bespoke items are non-returnable.
